Adverse Event Reporting

Please contact us if you experience an Adverse Event associated with the use of an Amneal product. An Adverse Event (or Adverse Experience) is an unpleasant, unfavorable, negative or unintended response, that occurs during the use or after the use of a drug; at a dose normally used in man, for the prophylaxis, diagnosis, or treatment of disease.
